Payment:

Lori Bonn Design accepts all major credit cards (American Express, Visa & MasterCard).

Sales Tax:

All items shipped within California must pay an 8.75% sales tax.

Shipping:

Lori Bonn Design ships via UPS.

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Lori Bonn Design will gladly refund or credit any item returned in original packaging in perfect condition within 30 days of purchase.

Credits are refunded via the original method of purchase once the item has been received. Shipping charges will be deducted from this amount. You will be notified via email once the return has been processed.

No returns will be accepted without a Lori Bonn return authorization (RA) number. The RA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the shipping box.

Claims:

We stand behind our jewelry and will happily repair and / or replace any problem resulting from a production or design flaw at no charge. The warranty is extended to a full year after purchase from our online store.

After the warranty period, we will also repair/ and or replace stones, clear or polish jewelry. Jewelry damaged due to wear and tear from customer use will not be replaced but can be repaired at our discretion. Although we can’t custom- produce lost or missing parts, we will offer similar parts are replacements when possible.

All jewelry is repaired overseas by a skilled craftspeople in Asia, with a turnaround time of approximately 8-12 weeks. Costs vary by item and/or repair- please contact us for details.

All returns/ claims need a return authorization (RA) number, which should be displayed on the outside of the shipping box. To obtain your RA number, contact our customer service department 510 286 8181 option 1 or email info@loribonn.com.
